Enormous fruits, often one pound or more. Pale yellow skin almost covered with pale dull red. Soft, tender, creamy white flesh. Primarily used for baking and pies, also a fine dessert apple. Long lived, very hardy, productive tree. Resistant to scab, mildew, fire blight and cedar apple rust. Hardy to -50 degrees F
